Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SENTEEZ, operated by DGTAL & Web Solutions (SMC-Pvt) Ltd, Lahore, Pakistan ("SENTEEZ," "we," "us," "our"), including:

• The SENTEEZ Credibility Platform — our free, public hotel sentiment analysis pages (e.g. senteez.com/hotels/...).
• SENTEEZ Reviews and SENTEEZ Social — our paid Customer Intelligence Platform for business clients.

By accessing or using any part of SENTEEZ, you agree to these Terms. If you are using SENTEEZ on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. What SENTEEZ Is

SENTEEZ analyzes publicly available guest reviews from third-party platforms (including Google Business, TripAdvisor, and Booking.com) to produce sentiment scores, ratings, and Aspect Analysis for hotels and other businesses. SENTEEZ also offers a paid platform providing deeper, ongoing customer intelligence to business clients.

SENTEEZ is not a booking platform, a review-hosting platform, or a substitute for the original review sources. We do not independently verify the truthfulness of underlying third-party reviews; we analyze and summarize sentiment patterns within them.

2. Use of the Credibility Platform (Visitors)

You may browse, read, and share pages on the Credibility Platform for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not:

  • Scrape, systematically extract, or republish SENTEEZ's analysis, scores, or Aspect Analysis content at scale without our written permission.
  • Use the platform to harass, defame, or take adverse action against any listed business or individual.
  • Misrepresent yourself as an authorized representative of a hotel or business when submitting a Claim Page or Contact Us request.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

SENTEEZ Ratings, Sentiment Scores, and Aspect Analysis are generated through automated analysis of aggregated third-party review data, refreshed on a rolling 12-month basis (see the methodology note on each page). While we aim for accuracy:

  • Scores reflect patterns in publicly available reviews at the time of analysis and may not reflect the current, complete, or firsthand condition of any property.
  • Underlying review content originates from third parties and reflects individual guest opinions, not verified facts, and not the views of SENTEEZ.
  • SENTEEZ makes no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the completeness, reliability, or fitness of this information for any particular decision (including booking, investment, or business decisions).

Any decision made based on SENTEEZ content — including a decision to book, avoid, invest in, or partner with a listed business — is made at your own discretion and risk.

4. Listed Businesses (Hotels & Other Properties)

Because SENTEEZ builds analysis from publicly available third-party review data, a business may appear on the Credibility Platform without having opted in.

  • Claim Page: an authorized representative of a listed business may submit a request to claim ownership of the listing.
  • Correction / Removal Requests: a business may contact us at contact@senteez.com to request correction of factual errors or removal of a listing, which we will review in good faith. Removal of a listing does not affect the underlying reviews on the original third-party platforms, which remain governed by those platforms' own terms.
  • Appearing on SENTEEZ, whether claimed or unclaimed, does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or certification by SENTEEZ unless the business has separately engaged SENTEEZ as a paid Client.

5. Guest-Submitted Content

If SENTEEZ enables direct submission of reviews, ratings, or feedback by visitors at any point, submitted content must be truthful, based on genuine experience, and free of defamatory, unlawful, or harassing material. SENTEEZ reserves the right to moderate, decline, or remove any submitted content at its discretion.

6. Paid Platform (SENTEEZ Reviews / SENTEEZ Social) — Clients

Use of the paid platform by business Clients is additionally governed by a separate commercial agreement or order form between SENTEEZ and the Client, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict for matters it specifically addresses (e.g. pricing, service levels, data processing terms). In the absence of a specific commercial agreement, these Terms apply.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have the right to connect or provide any data sources integrated into the platform.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Using platform outputs (benchmarking, sentiment analysis, recommendations) as decision-support, not as a sole basis for material business or financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All SENTEEZ branding, page design, scoring methodology, Aspect Analysis categorization, and platform software are the property of DGTAL & Web Solutions (SMC-Pvt) Ltd, unless otherwise noted. Third-party review content remains the property of, or subject to the terms of, its original source platform.

You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from SENTEEZ's proprietary scoring methodology or platform outputs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SENTEEZ and DGTAL & Web Solutions (SMC-Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Reliance on Credibility Platform content by any Visitor.
  • Business decisions made by a listed business, guest, or third party based on SENTEEZ content.
  • Inaccuracies, omissions, or delays in third-party review data underlying our analysis.
  • Interruption, error, or unavailability of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Platforms

SENTEEZ references and analyzes data from third-party platforms (Google Business, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms, their content, or their availability. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

10. Changes to SENTEEZ or These Terms

We may update these Terms, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SENTEEZ, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SENTEEZ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including their subject matter, formation, or validity), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Subject to Section 6 (Paid Platform — Clients), any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
